0.9.1 (and probably also 0.9.0) had requirement of 4.1.5. Not sure how Mohan manages to run them with 4.1.4. Only the older version 0.3.29 had 4.0.1 as min server version.

Does he/she has whiteboard or any other unofficial plugin (File > Plugins)? Also check the logs C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Spark\logs
And if you want to start fresh, then rename whole Spark folder, not just the transcripts. You can then copy the transcripts from the renamed folder to the new one. Maybe also spark.properties file with settings.

Openfire version don't change in web interface
Hello,
I need your help about this :
After upgraded Openfire v4.0.1 to v4.1.5 on Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS server, it always show the old version in the web interface (4.0.1 instead 4.1.5).
Please can you help me.

Make sure Openfire is stopped (both launcher and service if used). Make sure the user you are running setup with has modify permissions in the installation folder. To make sure run the installer with Run as administrator option.

Gadjim+OpenFire saving message history+ Push notice
Hi.
Installed the latest version OpenFire and to authenticate to AD .When using multiple devices Gadjim with the same account, then I would like to see a parallel history. Put the plugin Monitoring Service , but it is not working and shows no history at all. What can be done and is it possible to see the same history in the client Gadjim ?
